Drinks Package Break-Even & Cruise Gratuities Calculator

Use the tabs to switch between Drinks Package Break-Even and Gratuities & Service Charges. First pick your currency at the top (no exchange conversion is performed). In the Drinks tab, enter nights, the package’s price per day and service %, then your typical à-la-carte drink prices and daily counts; optionally tick the sea-day boost and set how many sea days you expect (+10% consumption distributed across those days). The results show total and per-day costs for the package vs à-la-carte, the break-even alcoholic drinks/day, and a clear recommendation with estimated savings. In the Gratuities tab, fill in nights, number of adults/children and their auto-grat rates; add any specialty dining meals (count for the whole party), price per person, and service %, plus other purchases (base + service %) and extra cash tips. You’ll see auto-grats totals, dining/other service charges, and a grand total with per-person cost. Use the Reset buttons to restore defaults. The widget supports keyboard navigation (tabs/arrows/Enter) and announces updates to assistive tech.
